Have you checked to see if the fill tube to the icemaker is frozen up?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
No what is that and where is it
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 9 months ago.

Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 9 months ago.

Yes get at the icemaker and use a hairdryer, steamer or let it defrost and see if the line clears, there are delays often in your messages getting to me so please try and be patient/

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I ran hair dryer fir about 15 min and the whole ice maker was warm I guess it takes about an hour to make and dump. I ha ve been away and have not been using it much force awhile the appliance is less than a year old so I think the frozen line or in the unit might be it I did when I started the dryer there were 6 or 7 pieces of small ice cubes just from having unit out

I'm going to let phone charge we still have severe storms and I need to charge my battery
Expert:  Appliance Guru replied 9 months ago.

Yes it may have just been frozen up give it up to 4 hours as it needs to cool the whole compartment back down. Let me know and sorry for the delays we have been having some server delays.
