I am moving into an apartment that has whirlpool duet dryer

Customer Question

I am moving into an apartment that has whirlpool duet dryer on top of duet washing machine. They are in a closet. Four times the dryer has gone on by itself and water from the steam is all over the closet. What is causing this? I have had to unplug it.

And when it comes on what is it doing?

The dryer has water in it and the walls and door to the closet are wet.

Sorry I do not work online 24/7 .

And you still have not given me any real information.

What is the model number of the dryer? open the dryer door the model/serial tag will be on the inner face frame of the dryer .

And does the unit start by itself? as you stated.

And this water inside the dryer and on the walls is this while it is running and drying?

Or when it is not running?
