Need Appliance Repair Help? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Hello from JA My name is Woody. I will be glad to assist you today. I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years, and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.
Can I please have the Full model number of the unit to better assist you ? What was just done to the unit?
And how long was it not cooling before it was just fixed?
and youb are aware that after you set the desired temperature that the display will revert back to the units actual temperature and then that temperature will cool down to the set temperature inside the unit?
ok this (215420NRF) is NOT a GE model number
Are you in the U.S?
ok the model number should be on the interior fresh food wall near the top .
it helps some ,but a FULL model number will have three more letters on the end of it .
The Z1S420 give me 22 different models to choose from .
I would like to narrow it down a bit more.
Ok that is it ZIS420NRF
Now I also see they your first post says (You just repaired our refrigerator) .
do you think that you are talking to a service company that did the repair .or did you just mean that YOU just repaired the unit?
Ok this is NOT Sears !!
You are on the Web site just answer where you pay to have your questions answered .
That is why you were asked to set a value on your questions ,and was asked for your payment type.
Not if you thought you were talking to SEARS no .
Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If the compressor up top is running, then you have a sealed system problem. However, I suspect you will find the compressor is not running, likely indicating that the electronic control has issues. Can you tell if the compressor is running?
