We have four pieces that have fallen: two parts numbered 795, one part numbered 81 and one part numbered 46. How do we reinstall them? We will be sure to praise your work, if we are able to reassemble this!

We think the track mechanism has broken. There are small pieces of plastic at the bottom of the freezer and the track under piece 81 has small pieces broken off

Yes, that would make sense. This is actually not easy to put back together. The right side part connects to the ceiling. That part needs to come off first. Once that part is off you can work backwards from that side.
