That is not so. I ordered the rocker that was broken and is a common problem with these switches but there is a long spring that has bent hooks on each end to attach to something and that is what i need to know where the two ends of the spring go.

The link you sent is for a small rocker switch, The switch I am talking about is repairable because it opens up and anything can be replaced. The problem is the spring was loose in the assembly and i can't figure out where the ends attach. You are the technician, perhaps you can look up the repair manual.
