Can you tell me where is the humming coming from?

And how long does this humming last?

And if you open the freezer door do you see any frost or ice on the rear interior freezer panel?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.

Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 11 months ago.

Ok and this frost is on the bottom of the fresh food section and the freezer section is not cooling is this all correct?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.

Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 11 months ago.

ok the refrigerator is the entire unit.

You mean that the fresh food section is warm then !

Where is this frost in the fresh food section that you need to keep cleaning up?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
ok fresh food section frost is behind the bottom drawer
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 11 months ago.

ok if do you hear a fan in the bottom of the fresh food section behind the crispers?

Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 11 months ago.

are you still there?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
noise behind crisper
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 11 months ago.

ok so than that means that the fan behind the crispers is not running .that is why you get the frost.

Do you have a Volt-Ohm meter to be able to test the fan to see if it is getting voltage to it or not?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
no
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 11 months ago.

ok so then It has to be the fan or the control that gives voltage to the fan.

I do not suspect the fan being bad ,I lean more toward the control board.

Here is a link to the control board .
