Customer Question

hello my parents have a whirlpool yed22dqxdn00 refrigerator that has been acting up. it seems to me as if there are defrost issues because most of the time throughout the day it cools properly but once a day (defrost time i assume) it stops cooling all together. i have replaced the paragon board and defrost stat and still have issues.

Hello and thankyou for using this service!

I am sorry to hear about the problem you are having with your fridge

Let's work together to find out what is wrong :)

Can you double check that model number for me?

Thanks

ok i am not with the fridge at the moment but the model that was read out to me was yed22dqxdn00 and serial was se2716788. hope this is correct

That must not be the correct number. It sounds right, but does not come up on my database.

I use my camera on my phone now because the numbers are so small and they use a lot of O's and zeros plus a Q once in while and they are hard to read.

Double check and I will try again.

i found that model worked online just with a w00 at the end instead of n00
