If you see the block of ice is off the cold plate and it's just sitting there on the cutter grid melting then the cutter grid is bad so it's not working properly so if that's the case replace the cutter grid. If you have any questions let me know, I have linked you to the part below:

however if you are saying the water reservoir has not water in then the water inlet valve is bad,

if the water reservoir is full but there is not any water flow over the cold plate then the problem is the pump:

You can try unplugging the unit for about 10 minutes and plugging it back in and see if it resets and works properly if not you will need to figure out which scenario above is happening and replace the appropriate part.
