Undercounted ice maker won't cycle following a routine cleaning service.
I hear water trickle, but only occasionally see a melting coalesced ice cube.

however if you are saying the water reservoir has not water in then the water inlet valve is bad,

if the water reservoir is full but there is not any water flow over the cold plate then the problem is the pump:

You can try unplugging the unit for about 10 minutes and plugging it back in and see if it resets and works properly if not you will need to figure out which scenario above is happening and replace the appropriate part.
