Do you have any experience with 48" Viking built-in refers

Customer Question

Hi -
Do you have any experience with 48" Viking built-in refers (year 2000ish) that have insulation that breaks down and causes condensation around the freezer? Our caused water damage to the side and back wall. Have you ever heard of this happening?
Thanks- Susan

If the door gasket is in good condition, you'll probably need to replace the door latch strike plate, and/or the door handle.

Go to www.allvikingrepairparts.com for parts assistance.

Do you need any more help with your reefer door?

It's not the gasket. The insulation failed and the unit sweat on the bottom, side, and back. I am looking for precedence of this with Viking refers for a lawsuit. Our home was damaged and family made sick by mold.
