Customer Question

Customer: Diconnecting the timer wiring as buzzer won't stop. It's an older model Hotpoint range.
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: I have the back upper panel off and range unplugged. front knobs have been removed some time ago; therefore, was not able to turn off timer switch, even tried small wrench. Just want to disconnect timer wire since we never use it.
JA: OK got it. Last thing — JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $18) to post your type of question to Appliance Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. We can help you for less if you're not in a rush. Are you willing to wait a bit?
Customer: sure.

ok now that shows up as a selector switch not a timer.

Could you take a photo of the back side of the entire timer?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

that would be great I just need to see the back clearly and then I think I can tell you which wire or wires to remove to kill the buzzer solenoid.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok, I'm sorry for the delay. So, I assume I add the photo on "add files"?
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.
