How do i install it
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

you will need to remove the burner grates ,burner caps and remove the burner heads the knobs and the cooking surface will lift off to gain access to the interior of the cooktop .

Are there wires that need to be removed
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

sure is ,just remove one at a time from the old part and put it on the new part. easy swape

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok my appliance is over 10 years old, do you think replacing that part is wise for the cost or is it going to continue now to have more problems. Should the appliance be replaced instead?
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

the part is cheap enough and once replace it should last another 10 years or more ,unless you have other issues with it.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok thank you
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

no problem!

Glad to assist you anytime.
