Water dispenser stopped dispensing water and the water

Customer Question

Water dispenser stopped dispensing water and the water instead leaks from the bottom. What can be done? The water line connections appear to be fine. It looks like something does not work properly inside the refrigerator. Any ideas how to approach this issue?
Thank you -
Pascal

GE Arctica Model PSS255SGMDBSNo, the water is leaking from the bottom of the unit on the side where the water dispenser is

ok so from under the bottom of the refrigerator!!

does it only leak when you call for chilled water?

And have you pulled the unit out away from the wall and removed the lower inspection cover to see if you can see where the leak is coming from?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
it only leaks when we try to get the chilled water.
That's what we are. Trying to do to pull the refrigerator and put on a side so that we can see where the leak is coming from

no do NOT lay it on it`s side just remove the rear inspection cover, if anything just lean it back against the wall but DO NOT lay on it`s side.

I meant to tilt but it not feasible at the moment
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 10 months ago.

ok but 9 out of 10 you will not need to tilt it just remove the rear inspection cover and call for water or have some one else call for water and with a flashlight look to see where the leak is coming from!
