Customer Question

I have a WM2101HW. I cannot just do a cold water wash. It always is hot. I have switched the hoses and still cannot get just cold water.
Can I just turn off the hot water and do a wash?
Or do you have another suggestion on how I can just wash in cold water?

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The temperature sensor will automatically add hot water so the temperature is 60* F. That is programmed in to the control and necessary to activate the enzymes in the detergent. Detergent is basically useless below 60* F.
