Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.

Only three reasons a icemaker will not make /harvest ice cubes.

Either it is not getting water to make ice ,or it is not getting cold enough for the icemaker to start a harvest cycle and refill with water . Or the last one is the icemaker has failed.

If you feel inside the icemakers mold cavity do you feel any ice or water in that cavity?

Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

And of course make sure the ice makers bail arm is in the down /on position!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The arm is down there is frost inside around the ice box inside there and I do have water in it is cold and frosty
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok so your saying that the water in the icemaker cavity is not froze ?

And does this frost look like snow everywhere in the freezer?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No it looks like snow just in the icebox itself out there against the backside of the arm that kicks it on and everything else fails I see but the freezer is still normal
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok this (icebox ) do you meant the icecube container?

Ok so do you mean the rear interior freezer panel has this frost on it ?

And not sure at all what you mean by this ((everything else fails I see ))

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Snow frosty just in the ice cube maker itself I have thought it out and start all over again and still don't work
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok so in the icemaker cavity do you have frozen water (ice) or just water ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No water or ice just frost
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok so then the icemaker is not even filling with water ,which means it is a water inlet valve issue. this is a dual water valve one part is for the chilled water the second part is for the icemaker.

Even if the chilled water is working you will need to replace the entire assembly on the back of the refrigerator.
