There seems to be a rock and my dryer my Whirlpool dryer

Customer Question

There seems to be a rock and my dryer my Whirlpool dryer where it's in between the oscillating power and the stationary part. The rocks in and we got in between where the gasket is and is now stuck in there I know there has to be a way to take a panel off so you can clean any debris but I'm not sure where to start can anyone give me any advice of how to get in between the two cylindrical pieces the one moving and the one stationery?

Hello and thankyou for using this service!

I am sorry to hear about the problem you are having with your

Let's work together to find out what is wrong :)

Your request is not something that will work very well for a phone chat. There just is not enough time to stay on the phone and walk you step by step to taking your dryer apart.

Your Duet dryer can be a challenge to take apart if you have never done it before. I can see if I can locate a video to show you how it comes apart if you want me to. The top and front of the dryer have to removed in order to remove the inner drum and find the rock.

Would you like me to look for some video help?

Hi, I see you never responded back to my offer to find you a video.

Were you ever able to find what was making the noise in your dryer?
