Error d95 means that the dryer thinks the vent is blocked. Disconnect the vent fro the back of the dryer, reset power to the dryer and see if the error comes back. If not, then you need to clean the vent through your house. If the error does come back then you'd have to take the dryer completely apart to access the thermostats and thermal fuses below they dryer drum attached to the heating element canister and vents and whatever thermostat or fuse doesn't have continuity through it will need to be replaced.
