Hello, that would indicate a faulty thermistor or a freon issue. You would need to take the unit apart from the inside and inspect the frost pattern on the evaporator. If the frost pattern is 1/16" from top to bottom, the thermistor is bad. If it's not, the freon has leaked out. We work on the honor system here at Just Answers.
