Customer Question

My GE Oven started beeping and flashing between Probe and bake. Do you know how to fix it. I tried turning off the power and then putting it back on but it did not correct itself. It started when my cleaner was cleaning the oven (in case that was the cause)

Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,

Can you check the units model number once again please?

And what did they clean the oven with?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
They cleaned oven with soap scum - a merry maids brand - water beating, ethoxylated alcohol, organic salt and ethylene glycol and phenyl ether. It's a GE double oven - model #MF644873Q

How old is this oven? because GE is saying no such number as MF644873Q

And do you have the oven meat probe for the unit?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
The oven is 10+ years old. I set up an appointment on GE'S online system and entered the serial number and model number. Both were confirmed as correct
