do you access to the back of the fridge ? that is almost always the condenser fan has stopped running , it is either blocked or seized ,try spinning it by hand slightly ..it is at the bottom rear beside the compressor ,if that fan is not running the cabinet gets excessively hotter than normal

I will check and get back to you give me a few minutes thx Mark

Fan was running any other possibilities?
Expert:  Randy 43 replied 11 months ago.

the one at the back of the refrigerator by the compressor? not inside ..was it running fast ?

Expert:  Randy 43 replied 11 months ago.

its either that fan isnt running fast enough or there is a build up of dust plugging the coils to restrict airflow and not cooling the gas down ..try putting a remote fan back there blowing air in the same direction of the fridge condenser fan ..pull the fridge from the wall and see if the center mullion cools down

were you able to try the remote fan or clean any dust build up from the coils? thx
