My microwave display suddenly stopped so I cannot use any functions. I have tried to turn the breaker on and off and the hold the off button to unlock - the display is unresponsive - unit is 2010

How did you try to unlock the controls? what button did you push?

We are not GE, I am Ge certified tech, but do not work for GE, So how did I get your model number if you did not give it to us?

You have done everything you can do, apparently one of the touch pad keys is stuck causing nothing else to work, I am going to opt out, as I know if it tell you that you need a new touch pad, which costs over $700, which is also the most expensive one I have ever seen for a microwave. You are not going to agree with, so I recommend you call A&E Factory Service at 1.***-***-**** to schedule someone to come to your home.
