Hi, you will have to take the machine apart or pay someone to. You would need to be extremely handy to make the repair. These are complicated units. Usually the drain pump causes this issue. You would need to have a volt/ohm meter and know how to make continuity as well as live voltage checks. The repair is roughly;y $350 to fix depending on the dryers location....
