Robert Shaw valve on old Magic Chef heating element does not ignite burner even after pilot is lit? Any suggestions?

If you can't get the pilot to stay lit then the valve is bad and has to be replaced if you want to give me the model number of the unit or the part number of the shaw valve I will find you one to replace it with.
