I have reset the bottom ice maker, held to 8 sec. Motor ran.

I have reset the bottom ice maker, held for 5 to 8 sec. Motor ran. I checked it after 10 to 15 mins. There is no water in the tray. Top ice maker is working fine. Any ideas?

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If the freezer temperature is good, I suspect the fill tube may be plugged or the water inlet valve may be faulty. Can you disconnect the water li9ne from the valve that feeds that ice maker and see if you can blow through it? If you can, replace the valve. If not, thaw the fill tube that brings water to the ice maker carefully with a hair dryer, watching so you don't damage the plastic.
