Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.

It could be a refrigerant issue!

But first let me ask a few questions.

If you open the freezer section and look on the rear interior wall do you see any frost or ice?

And when the freezer door is open do you hear the Freezer Evaporator fan running?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
was a lot of frost on back wall and yes i do hear the fan
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
did vacuum dust from back of the refridge and cleaned off all the frpst from the wall on back of freezer

ok if you have a lot of frost on the rear interior freezer panel you do not have a refrigerant issue.

I suspect that you have a defrost issue.

Let manually advance the unit into defrost :

This product comes equipped with an Electronic Defrost Control. To initiate defrost, depress the fresh food light switch 5 times in 6 seconds (light bulb must be working). To terminate defrost, depress the fresh food light switch 5 times in 6 seconds.

Let is set for 5-10 min and open the freezer door and see if the unit is sizzling or popping in the freezer section (this would be the defrost heater heating up and water dripping on the heater when it is hot)

ok ill give it a try ill let you know in 5 to 10 min

ok No problem!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
heard very faint sizzling noise no popping or water drippimh
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok if you look in the freezer and hold the door switch so the light goes off can you see any red glow from behind the rear interior freezer panel?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ill check
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok and look to see if that ice is defrosting on the panel also!

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
when i opened freezer door the fan kicked back on and i dont see red glow
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok if the fan kicked back on the the unit auto advanced out of defrost .

Do you still have ice or frost on the rear interior panel in the freezer?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok would you say that some of the frost or ice has melted or that none at all has melted?

And do you have a Volt-ohm meter and know how to use it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
doesnt look like the frost melted donot have volt ohm meter
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok so the we have to assume that the defrost heater circuit did not heat. when you advanced it into a defrost mode.

which will mean either the defrost heater or the defrost thermostat is faulty.

I would recommend to remove everything out of the freezer manually advance the unit into defrost (so it stops cooling ) and manually defrost the freezer

But you will still need to find out which components in the defrost circuit in the freezer is faulty.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok to manually defrost are you saying to unplug the refridge because i can not get to defrost with the light switch anymore
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

yes then you will need to unplug the unit from the outlet and open the freezer door with the rear interior panel off

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok just so i have it straight unplug the unit, open freezer door, with it unplugged, i assume the rear interior panel will be off with the unit unplugged there is no manuall switch for the rear interior panel correct
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

you have to unplug the unit so that it does not run .

You have to remove everything out of the freezer and you have to manually remove the screws to be able to remove the rear interior freezer panel .

the panel has no switch on it your removing the rear interior panel so that warm air can get back there and defrost the ice and frost.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok ill do it about how long should i leave it unplugged?
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

I would for at least 4-5 hours if you have a hair dryer you can melt the ice quicker once the rear interior panel is off also.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ok ill justlet it thaw lots of ice built up on top behind panel
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

ok then t may take more then a few hours to just defrost by room temperature then.
