Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.

Can I please have the Full model number of the unit to better assist you ?
And none of this is the model number 8114P732-60(10-04-01) a Jenn-Aire model number will start with the letter J .

Where do I find the model number? I looked on the oven door...that was the only number. I have the manual that was left with the house (I bought the house in 2012). I cannot find any model number on it.

it should be on the rear of the oven !!

Thanks, ***** ***** looked all over the inside of the stove/oven for #'s, I am assuming you mean pulling the appliance out from the wall to get the #. I'm a 100 lb. 65 yr old and wouldn't even attempt to pull the oven out or even how to begin to dismantle it to get to it to get a number. I imagine it is in the control panel and microchips need replacing. Thanks for your help. No matter what, I think I will need a repairman to come out.

yes the rear of the oven or back of the oven.

That is where the manufacture puts them .

No problem ,good luck
