Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The issue is that is not a US machine, that is why it would not come up in the US lookup. The error code 30 means that the anti flood device has been actuated. There is water in the base of the machine, under the tub. Can you get a look under there and dry all of the water out? Once it is dry, it should restore operation.
