After seeing water on the floor near our freezer, we noticed

Customer Question

After seeing water on the floor near our freezer, we noticed that the freezer wasn't cold. We followed the directions in the manual and cleaned the drain hose, which did have lint in it. After cleaning it all, we plugged it back in and now (the next morning) we have no cold in either freezer or refrig. ? Any suggestions

Hello, when this happens it's because the control board on the back is not sending power to the compressor to start it. Unfortunately, you need a new board to fi this issue. The repair is roughly around $300.
