Hello, I'm Joel thank you for your interest in our service. If you have been waiting a whileI apologize as I try to help as many customers as possible in a timely manner. I am nowavailable to help you with your question.
If you replaced the control board then the only other component that controls the temperature and cycling of the unit would be the temp sensor probe and that would certainly cause the issue you are having, the probe is located in the oven cavity, you will see it protruding from the back wall of the oven, you can test the probe with a ohm meter it should be in the range of 1000 -1100 ohms at room temp 72 degrees F, if not in that range then its bad.
