Does the broiler work?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No, the broiler does not work. The range is fine. The oven appears to work when I set it, then after a few minutes the oven beeps and displays an F11 signal.

That means the control is not detecting a temperature increase. Is the oven element actually heating?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
From what I can gather, the heating element is not lighting. Zero heat.

Yes that is the issue is it gas or electric?
