Hello and Merry Christmas. I will need you to check what is running etc and let me know. I will also need the brand and model number. There should be a fan running in the freezer and a hum of the compressor underneath. Can you tell?

It sounds like it may be working now? Can you watch it and let me know what happens?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
why is the temperature not decreasing in either freezer or refrigerator ?
Expert:  Appliance Tech Dave replied 1 year ago.

If you have e thermometer to check the tep of the air blowing out in the freezer it should be near zero.

Expert:  Appliance Tech Dave replied 1 year ago.

If the temperature is too high there could be a leak in the refrigerant system but the back wall needs to be removed to see if the coils are all frosted.
