Customer Question

I bought a new gas range Model No.FD223482P in November. It emits funny sounds that sound like sneezing or whoosing. Sometimes it will go on for hours and then it will stop for a day or two.

Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.

These noises are they when the unit is in use?

If so is the oven on or the top burners?

And if it is brand new have you called for a warranty service call on the unit?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
The noises occur when the unit is not in use. Please explain the warranty service.

if the unit is in warranty less then 1 year old just call the manufacture and set up a service warranty call .

and I see NO way the unit would be making any noise when it is not even operating
