well I sent you the diagram showing the location of the part, you will have to remove the unit from the wall and take it apart, as the it's located inside the unit.
and you must be very careful because microwave units hold a tremendous amount of voltage even when unplugged and it has no power. if you do not feel very confident working with electronics I would highly Recommend you call a qualified service company out.
the unit is definitely worth spending the money on , that particular model is no longer available and a replacement is gonna be hard to find and if you do it will cost over 2500.00
