Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If it is making no noise or attempt to start, you likely have a faulty door switch. Does it make any noise at all? If you open and close the door, do you hear the switch clicking?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Hello Kelly. Thank you for your reply.
I checked the door switch, it clicks and it works. I also tried to start machine without this switch. I connected wires directly, without this switch. But machine still no starts. I also hear a very little noise, like b'zzz when pushing start switch.

If you can hear a buzzing sound, the motor is likely faulty. Can you manually turn the drum with the door switch held in while another pushes the start button and see if the drum will turn then?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I tried. Drum not turned. But we checked motor in laboratory and it works. We connected motor directly to 220v and shortly connect start wires. Motor turned. But when it installed in machine it is not working
Expert:  Kelly replied 11 months ago.

So the voltage to the motor must not be adequate to start it. Any sign of burnt wires or connections?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
This buzzing sound very very quetly. And. It goes from programm switcher, not from motor
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
We checked all connections and wires. They are ok
Expert:  Kelly replied 11 months ago.

The relay is probably unable to carry the current when the motor is trying to start. You can verify by measuring voltage at the motor.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
How to verify it? What value i must to see? And on which wires?
Expert:  Kelly replied 11 months ago.

I will need a model number to look up which wires, but you should see about 230 VAC.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Model no. HYE2205AGW.
Please say me which wires need to measure
Expert:  Kelly replied 11 months ago.

That model only comes up as the dryer shown at the link below. Does it look like the pictures at this link?
