Where is the humming coming from? And do you have voltage going to the water inlet valve solenoids?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's coming from the pump and there is .03 voltage at the inlet solenoids

OK can you look at the model number once again I have looked and looked for a number of CAE273BQ0 and I think you have left a number off the number!

Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 1 year ago.

I suspect it is a CAE273BQ0 but just guessing of course.

Ok Great Thank you!

If the drain pump is making a humming does the unit have water in it at this time where it should be draining?

And does the drain pump stay humming even when it is first turned on when it should be filling?

And you tested for voltage to the water valve when it should have been filling correct?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The pump stays humming when it should be filling and yes I tested for voltage when it should have been filling also. No there is no water in the pump

ok lets unplug the unit for 5 minutes or more to clear the control board memory.

And see if that resets the control board>

If not we will try to advance it into a diagnostics mode.
