Hello I purchased a washer and dryer just June 2014 and having a issue with the washer, the water is coming into machine on first cycle but not filling up, it appears to be going back out? I unplugged it and started a new wash now a code F21 comes up and I can not power it off?

it appears that way, when I look inside as the water is coming in its not filling up. As I said the code that came up was F21

F21 is a long drain error. Is the drain hose too far down the standpipe? Have you checked the pressure switch?

No I haven't checked the pressure switch and I will check now and the long drain. one second please,
I just put the machine on drain and spin and its doing nothing now. There was a lil water in the machine so I can only think it has to do with drianing

The pressure switch is part number 20 on this diagram.

Jamie i'm not sure if this is the right service for me as it is taking too long for a reply from you. I have to be somewhere by 7:30 and didn't think it would take this long between each question? This started at 6:05 and now it's an hour later and I've gotten no where but two questions from you. I will have to request my money back as I'am not satisfied with this service.
