We have an LG top load washer was replaced the control board by the LG recall. it still keeps doing extract stops for unbalance restart adding water and redo the step again and again. Whata is the solution?

Take off the rotor and stator and reinstall them. Make sure the bolt that holds down the pulsator is tight. For whatever reason reseating those parts fixes the issue most all the time. IF you still have problems then replace the rotor; LG should still cover that under that same recall.
