Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If it is showing cleaning the whole time with no changes, the issue is likely with the control board. What is the part number that you replaced? Was it the one at the link below?

That's the one I replaced. You push start and the water should start to fill then the computer and fan. But I'm getting nothing. You can push start and hold it four 5 seconds and it goes directly to clean.

What happens if you just press the power button and release it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
You can then push start again and the water light blinks push start again and clean starts blinking. Push start again and all three lights start blinking. Then push again the start button starts blinking. Push start again and the start light status on but didn't start the cycle.

That key dance will initiate settings adjustments in the control. Unplug it for 5 minutes then plug it back in and just push the on button once and leave it. What happens?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm not with the machine now. But I haven't tried that.
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

There are several adjustments made by pressing the keys and holding them, too. You are not turning it on when you hold the keys, you are entering the service adjustment modes.

Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Try unplugging and then just pressing the on button once and releasing it.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's like it's in a setting mode. We got it to cycle a couple of times but just quit in the middle. The water compressor kicked on and the fan but just stopped.
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

If you unplug it, it will reset the control to factory settings. Then we can see what happens when we just turn it on, no programming modes.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Unfortunately I'll have to try tomorrow I'm not near the machine right now.
Expert:  Kelly replied 1 year ago.

Okay, that will be just fine. Just reply back with the results.

Hey I tried what you said earlier today. I pushed start left it for thirty minutes and nothing. Got any ideas?
Expert:  Kelly replied 12 months ago.

What did the lights on the control do?

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
Nothing
Expert:  Kelly replied 12 months ago.

No lights at all?

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
The green start light and that was it for thirty minutes.
