Customer Question

Hello Barry,
I followed your guidance on this post as well as another and decided my main board was a likely candidate for replacement. Unfortunately it did not correct the problems.
I have an Arctica pss26mstd ss
Woke up to no display, no cool. Ac lights inside are working. I replaced the wr55x10942 with a like replacement. Problem has not changed at all. I measure 120v ac on the connector but the dc measurement seems to be fluctuating.

Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! If the board has been replaced, you may have a short in the DC lines at the door causing issues with the outputs. Can you inspect the Molex connectors at the freezer door hinge to see if they show any signs of corrosion or other issues?
