Wi own a what I think is a DO30F double oven in stainless.

Customer Question

Wi own a what I think is a DO30F double oven in stainless. There is power to the unit but no heat in either oven. I've taken it out of the wall to check back for some type of reset button but to no avail. Removed sheet metal and no buttons or sign of reset anywhere?!? Any thoughts? Thanks

Did you find the round thermostat?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Not sure. There are steel round components both for top and bottom where thermostat wires exit and return?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Puck shaped. Is that what you are talking about?
