There is no over ride. You must physically get to and move the lock mechanism by hand. Almost always the problem is the lock motor - part number WB49T10020 ( see it at www.pcappliancerepair.com ) . How to get to it ---- first turn off the breaker . You need to remove the screws from the bottom of the upper control panel. You can't open the door to get to them easily so you must use a 1/4 inch open end wrench to remove them. Then the panel lifts and comes off. Dead center front is the lock mechanism. You'll have to pick the lock arm up slightly and move it so it comes free from the door. Use your oven normally until you get and replace the lock motor.
