Does this happen any part of the wash with no reason, or only during like rinse cycle or drain cycle?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It seems like only during rinse/drain cycle
Expert:  Chas replied 1 year ago.

Are you using cold water rinse?

Try running a cold wash and see if pauses in the fill cycle?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It is currently running.
Expert:  Chas replied 1 year ago.

a cold wash?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It says it has one minute to go. but it usually seems to take longer....
Expert:  Chas replied 1 year ago.

One minute to go? Did it pause at all during the wash?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it is still going. It paused 3 x during wash. At one point my husband re-started it on an express wash on accident.
Expert:  Chas replied 1 year ago.

When the wash finishes, remove the cold water hose on the back of the machine, and look into the valve itself, see if it is full of gunk/garbage, I thing you are having slow fill from the cold water causing the problem. Please let me know what you see..

ok
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok. He check it and says it looks good. We ran water through it and flows good.
Expert:  Chas replied 1 year ago.

THe valve itself on the washer. there should be a screen in there. it was clean?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
He says he looked good.

Okay, then let us remove the panel below the door and check the drain pump and see if it is clogged up.
