Brand new GE refrigerator. Freezer door was cracked open all night and now freezer and refrigerator not cooling

You will need to unplug the unit for 24 hours to allow all the vents through the walls to thaw out. With the door left cracked open, it caused the vent to frost up and air won't flow properly anymore. After 24 hours you can plug the unit back in and it should work like normal.
