Customer Question

Our Kitchenaide dishwasher rinse aid dispenser is malfunctioning. I put about 8 oz in and it registers as full but within a week it is empty. It has to be leaking out when it is not supposed to. I have adjusted the arrow to ONE despite having very hard water here. Do I need a technician to come out or is there something my husband or I could do first?

that model still not coming up but the only thing you can check is too make sure the dispenser cap and the seal around that cap is intact,if it is not then you may need just a disp cap ,if that looks ok then it is the complete dispenser that needs replacing ..it is changed by splitting the inner and outer door ..it is screwed in from the inside ,when screws out it just pops out ,a couple of wire connections and it is out
