Kenmore top load washer: Replacing transmission- already

Customer Question

Kenmore top load washer:
Replacing transmission- already have the new transmission. Need to remove the transmission from the tub/drum assembly. Removed the hub nut and just need to pull the drum assembly off of the transmission pole. Rust is causing the tub to stay attached to the transmission. Cannot get the tubs apart from the transmission.
