Need Appliance Repair Help? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
have you tried unplugging the washer for 3 minutes and then plugging it back in?
give that a try, and let me know...
I'll be waiting to hear from you.
and you have plugged it back in now?
unplug one more time, this time wait 5 minutes..... some mfrs are different.....
make sure you leave it unplugged for 5 minutes.
I believe you have a faulty switch or control board. How old is the washer?
I'm afraid this is one of those that cannot be fixed remotely. an Appliance Technician will need to come out.
I will have to see if there is a manual unlock on that machine..... give me a few minutes please.
I cannot find information on this particular washer, I'm going to open this up for other techs that might be more familiar with this brand.
Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! Along the bottom edge of the panel that is below the door are screws. Once removed, that panel will come off. Once the panel has been removed, you can reach up and at the bottom of the latch assembly, there is a round tab that will allow the door to be opened when it is pulled down.
