The ice tray in my samsung refridgerator will not pull out. It moves about and inch or so and then stops. What can I do?

It's frozen in there. You will need to turn the whole refrigerator off until you can remove it. Ice takes a long time to melt in that ice room and there is no way to make it go faster, so be patient as it will take a long time. Do whatever you need to with your food while this goes on. The most common reason the bucket freezes is the icemaker fill tube is inserted too far and water sprays out where it should not be. Post back for more detail ater you can pull the bucket out.
