Whirlpoolside by side with ice maker. installed by Best Buy

Whirlpool(###) ###-####side by side with ice maker. installed by Best Buy needed new water line so Best Buy could not finish the installation. Husband tried to install -no luck. Had a plumber try to install but he was unable - side there is a blocked line in the unit. Any idea on how to handle? PS warranty has expired.

open the fresh food door the full model number is ***** the right side interior wall near the top of the unit?

is this a new unit or your just NOW installing the water supply line?

Purchased new in 2013 - tried to hook to line from previous fridge and did not work - installed new line and still no go. had a plumber look the other day and he thinks there is a blockage in the unit. So we have not been able to use the ice maker - it has never been operational.

ok do you have a volt-ohm meter to test the water inlet valves ?

And is the icemaker turned ON? bail arm down?

And has anyone jumped the icemaker out to see if it would fill?
