Customer Question

My GE Microwave Oven (Model#JES1290) went dead - no lights, no power. There is clearly power coming through the outlet.
This is my second time using your service. The first was extremely helpful.

Hello from JA
My name is Woody.
I will be glad to assist you today.
I have been servicing ALL Major Brands of Appliances for 35 Years,
and have over 100,000 in home repairs and over 80,000 internet repairs under my belt.

Can I please have the Full model number of the unit to better assist you ?

And JES1290 is not a full model number it is only about 1/2 of a full model number

I would have to suspect that you have blown the inline internal fuse.

Do you have a Volt-Ohm meter and know how to use it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry I took so long to respond. The Full Model number is ***** I do not have a Volt-Ohm meter .

ok with out a meter it is going to be hard to tell what the issue is .

I suspect it is an open fuse but with out a meter no way to test it
