Give me a moment while I look up your model. Thanks.
Look at the top of the freezer panel should be two plastic clips locking it down. Release the clips and the panel should come out.
We are on the honor system here. Please remember to rate my
service by selecting a star at the top of the screen before
you leave today. If you need anything else, just let me know.
You can continue asking follow-up questions at no additional
charge after rating my service if you still need assistance.
I'm pretty sure that model freezer panel is held in place with the plastic clips, if not look for screws either philips or 1/4 inch screws at the top right and left holding the panel in place.
if the panel is frozen over with ice, you might have a hard time seeing them but they are there.
also the sqaure plastic plate that looks like a vent will need to be popped out as well.
I see this question is still open if there was nothing more I can do for you please rate my service using the star rating system so I can put this on my done list thanks!
