Thanks care of the issue. My cooktop has 5 elements: 3

Customer Question

Thanks for taking care of the issue.
My cooktop has 5 elements: 3 radian and 2 inductions. The 2 inductions are located at the right side of the cooktop plate, one big and one small. Each inductions has its own On/Off key.
I powered on the cooktop, 5 "Es" are displayed and 39/40 error code flashing.
I held down the WARM key and press one of the induction On/Off key down. I waited till a couple of beeps came out. And I did the same on the other on/off key. I did these many times. The 39/40 error code stays. I found no matter which key I pressed and no matter one key or more than one keys hold down together, the beep comes after about 30 seconds.
Please help.
